Sorry! I forgot to add the pic! Glad you like it. It does keep the snow away and off the glasses.

I'm having a problem with rows 7-12.

Anyway you can explain with more detail information?  This pattern seems to easy for me to mis-understand these rows.

I am having a problem with rows 13-26, I can usualy figure out what to do but the even sc. Then join with sl st to 1st ch work, I have no ch work after the beging  to form ring, do you work row 13 and every other as even sc and 14 and every other as 1 sc and 1 dc? The Beak is all 1 sc in the next sc, do I skip the dc in between the sc?

I realy want to make this for my grandaughter, it is the one she picked, I just ran into a brain freeze on this one.

Great idea, for all us "foureyed" people.  Looks simple enough for  "newbies, like me.  Thank you ever so much for sharing.

Could you please tell me at what point in the pattern you change to the cream/shite color?

The most i can figure is that row 7 8 9 10 11 12 all have to increase by 6 to wind up at 78

round 7         6sc +    2sc  in one st   =8   stitches 6x8 = 48

round 8         7+2           =54

round  9        8+2             60

round 10      9+2             66

round  11   10+2             72

round 12     11+2          78
