Faith,   Thanks for making a great colored coaster(s) that are a great idea as I have a few clumsy friends and they tend to spill coffee on my old tables that are from loved ones.  I think I'll try the pattern with cotton and the yarn doubled.  Lily Sugar & Cream cotton comes in great colors and the amounts are small and they are great for practice, or projects.  Maybe some for my Aunt for when she has company- beautiful coasters and easy to take care of too.   Thanks for the directions and the great photo. Best wishes!
