I have been crocheting since 1973. My best friend taught me the basics in 3 wks. I have also taught troubleshooting crochet on all levels too. I also cross stitch/needlepoint, plastic canvas, sew, sing (in church since I was 15 yrs. old),read, cook, dance, garden (somewhat),& crossword/fill-in puzzles. I have 5 wonderful kids, all married and 5 grandkids which are a grandma's delight. I recently lost my hubby to a heart attack (and other long term health issues) on 12/22/07 after 19 yrs. of marriage. I am taking things day by day and keeping busy.
