It's just me & my kitty these days. Kids are grown up and gone one on the east coast with my 4 grandchildren and the other on the west coast with 2 grandchildren. I've been crocheting on & off since I was a little girl. Mostly stayed with easy things but now I'm wanting to step outside the box & start challenging myself to make things I never tried before like maybe a sweater, cardigan or jacket. I think I'll try a tank like top for my first project then work my way to more challenging items. Most of the crocheting I've been doing for the past year has been for the charity Newborns in Need. I love making hats & blankets for the preemies. I plan to keep doing it for as long as I can crochet. It's such a rewarding feeling.
