57 years old been married since 1975 to the same dear man. My Mother and grandmother were both skilled craft women & I suspect it was a constant in my Italian family for many generations. I crochet, knit, sew, tat, do bead work of various kinds, embroider, cross stitch, latch work, etc. I do design some of my own work or play with other's designs until I make them, my own.
I have a very extensive library of old crafting magazines going back to the mid 1970's.
I do some paper and computer crafting. Love computers all to pieces!
My favorite hobby is writing prose, which I consider a craft. I consider myself an advanced crocheter and I've been doing it since, at least, my 10th. birthday.
Crafting ambitions: Always to improve on what I know. Never to cease learning and creating beauty. I would like to learn quilting and weaving, perhaps, even spinning. I would like to master knitting and sewing. Publish my novels.
