I migrated to the United States in late 2007, and I am using my newly acquired residency to hoard as much yarn from the local thrift stores and craft places as I can! Fairly new to the craft in general (I grabbed a hold of my first crochet hook in August 2007!), I am also scavenging the web for any and all patterns and ideas. Hopefully soon it all clicks in my head and I will be able to devise patterns of my own.
When my free time is not eaten up by crocheting, I readreadread, watch movies, drink good micro-and homebrews and work on my master's thesis on literature. (done!)
