Working in the third sector as a project worker, complete career change from being a registered nurse and I love it! I took up crochet after 20+ years, it's kept me sane!! Well, not far off lol. I have had a crack at designing garments BUT don't have the skills to transcribe them into patterns as yet. I call crochet 'stealth knitting' as a tongue in cheek' way of saying it's quieter than knitting!!
Passionate about singing,I belong to a wonderful close harmony group called 'Cadence'. I also help as a volunteer with the Telford MIND 'express yourself' project which includes singing sessions, art and crafts.
