  • Mystery tools

    I posted a pic in the gallery (4/15/11) of something I found at the thrift store. I used it as a makeshift cone holder while I finished an afghan, but I would love to know what they are really for.

    Can anyone tell me what these tools are/were used for? I found them at the trift store and I wanted to see if they would hold a few cones of yarn while I crocheted them together. There is one center spindle that is adjustable and two stationary spindles. I thought maybe it was used to measure out yarn...
